For I have appeared to you to appoint you as my servant and witness.” (Acts 26:16 NLT)

Today, I’ve been privileged to sit in an Emergency Services Chaplaincy training event. Men from around our state gathered to learn how to minister appropriately to firemen and law enforcement officers. In a field where stress is high and can be hesitant to religious things, Jesus is grooming people to reach them and those lives they intervene with on emergency situations.

For all of us, God is calling workers to the world to serve those that have yet to experience salvation and new life through a relationship with Christ Jesus. Even in the toughest of fields, God desires all people to know the hope that He has for them. It’s not for someone else to do, it’s your duty, your calling to be Jesus to this world.

Wherever you live and work, be God’s hand to that area you’re in. As God leads your life, be confident that He will lead you where He is already grooming hearts. Be the ready hands of God to your world! You are loved today!
